While the ship itself was very nice, that's where the pleasantries ended. I'm not sure if the staff was under trained, understaffed or just didn't care. There were many, many times we stood in line waiting to be served and we're never acknowledged. And when we did get served, either the service was very, very slow or the order was not correct. O'sheehans was THE WORST. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and it was just disappointing. The insanely large number of college students was ridiculous. You couldn't even get to the bar to get a drink nor get food on the outside buffet by the pool. Although I don't blame NCL completely for the number of college students, a heads up would have been nice. I don't think we will sail with NCL again. We will stick to Carnival or Royal Caribbean. At least Carnivals workers are very pleasant and helpful.
