Relaxing cruise after visiting Angkor Watt in Cambodia .

Ship was very enjoyable but tours were expensive and one was very poor, with no acceptance of any responsibility by Princess tour desk. This is a big gripe with me .... they charge a lot of money for tours but duck and dive if there are any problems , saying they are only agents. It is very easy to book tours online with companies such as viator for a lot less money and usually with far fewer people on the tour . The ONLY reason to book a tour with the cruise line is the guarantee you will get back to the ship.

We had another issue and guest services were excellent in handling it .....I just don't get why the tour services area is so poor. Read more
