Never sailed on Conquest & it fit our schedule . We our Platinum status. So embarkation/disembarkation was painless . Our cabin staff was excellent. Just asked once for ice /2 x cleaning & were taken care of everyday Desiree was so personable & very welcoming. Always available. We had requested a table by the window with many people in the DR. To get a table for 2 in the middle of the DR. We left a message with the maitre de after breakfast the first morning for a change . We joined a table for 10 that evening in the other DR but still in the middle but that was ok. Our wait staff had difficulty getting our dinners in a timely fashion & never really became engaged with any of us at the table The cruise director Chloe is exceptional . Very personable & engaging with the guests. The captain not so much We saw him once @ a party & he stopped by the table to say hello We never hard any announcements from him either
