There was a work convention that myself and my coworkers were going to that was being held on this ship. The food was never hot. The bathrooms never flushed. The hallways had an odor of feces. Two of my coworkers had a room each that was flooded when they woke up the first morning on the cruise. This issue was never truly fixed. The water that set on the carpets smelled the room up and drenched the clothes hanging in the closet as well as their suitcases on the floor. The bar service took 40 minutes or more to get a drink at the pool, not enough bartenders. My room toilet was clogged and was that way 12hours until I had to be nasty to have the plumber come and fix it. Guest Services was a joke. They moved my coworkers room 2 times and continued to have the keys not working- and with a language barrier and lack of empathy or compassion this would probably be my top reason I would not crusie on this ship again.. and likely not on Royal Caribbean Cruise line for that matter.
