They do seem to cater to people who buy the drink packages as this was our first cruise and we were on deck 11 and had to go to deck 15 to get anything nonalcoholic. Also did not know how to turn lights on(had to use your card) as it was not labeled. The beds are not very long in the staterooms. The balcony was worth the extra money. Best to get reservations early for shows you want to see and get there 1/2hr before show start to get good seats.Communication on whats going on not always good. Example-kept hearing to reserve a tender(boat) to go a shore and listen for your number of tender tobe called and not to congregate in waiting areas-so we waited and none of them were being called so we went to meeting area and there is hundreds of people waiting so I ask and was told they were not calling out tender numbers and as I am hearing this they are announcing to reserve your tenders and wait to be called--really.... the staff tried to handle best they could as this was a higher up mistake,it was a bit frustrating. Also the port shopping seminar I went to was all about buying jewelry and I am not into that. Lots of jewelry on board and at ports to buy if you are. we did have fun.. and would do it again as we now know kinda how it works. I wish they would explain thing better to those who are first timers.
beds are short and not the most comfortable. Have to use card to turn on lights and it took us a while to figure that out as it was not marked and took a while to figure out the shower also but it had good water pressure. The balcony was great.
