There were some good points but on the whole we would never sail with P&O, and definitely not on Britannia, again.
The good: The cabin B336 was beautiful. A superior deluxe with lovely sofa/seating area and nice bathroom. Luxurious bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Very impressed with the cabin. Also the TV has a selection of very good and up to date movies available, which was a first for us and we enjoyed several of them during our time on board. Sadly, there the good things ended.
Britannia is one of the most confusing ships we have ever been on in all of our 13 cruises thus far. There is no central staircase, only lifts at the mid-ship area. Consequently waiting for a lift here is a nightmare, but in reality this is also a nightmare wherever you are on this ship. There are only stairs and lifts forward and aft. The atrium stairs only cover 2 levels.
Very nice cabin - see main text - the best bit of the cruise and provided a quiet haven away from the madness elsewhere on this ship.
