The desire to make the travelers happy and satisfied was so evident, the service impeccable. The true friendly demeanor and smiling faces of every crew member was extraordinary. We definitely felt " attended to". They lost my coffee order for room service and asked if they could bring it I responded No it is too late - as we were in a hurry to get out of the room to meet friends. When I got back to my room there was a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and an apology note ! We had some wine chilling in a waste can, inside a plastic bag, the ice had melted, when we got back to our room the ice had been filled up without us ever asking - That's Service Extraordinaire !! The weather was bad and we did not get to go to CoCo Cay - unavoidable, but a bummer and there was not much for entertainment to make up for the missed day at the beach. They tried but IMO just fell a little bit short on the entertainment end, for non-drinkers. But the people, the people the people, I can't say enough about the crew - that made it an overall great experience. Check in at the pier for first timers was a bit confusing - they need more/better signage IMO. My Tip: Print the Ships deck plan before you go so you have it on hand, and don't have to go to the elevator every time you want to try to find something. If you are considering a cruise Do It - and pick Royal Caribbean, you wont be disappointed !
Way more room than I was expecting, we had two twin beds end tables with two drawers. Closet with hangers, a safe, Dressing table with mirrors and chair, a two person sofa with tiny end table and bathroom. We had the big window between the beds, quite a lovely room, we were very comfortable and happy with it. A little older, but very well maintained and clean.
