Chose the cruise to spend time with our family on our first family vacation. We wanted to see the shows and experience cruising together but found that booking the 5:30pm dinners at the Traditional Dining Restaurant did not afford us the opportunity to get seats for ANY of the early shows. My 75 year old mother-in-law requested that all she wanted was to have us all together for dinner but the dinner times (5:30pm & 7:30pm) did not coincide with the Princess Theatre Shows so, each and every time, we rushed through our dinners to try to get seating and even getting to the Theatre 40 mins before the show starting was not enough time to get seats. My 75 year old mother-in-law actually stood at the back of the Princess Theatre for a full show!!!!!! I cannot even believe she did that but it was the only way she could see the show. We managed to see 1 show as a family on a week's cruise - that has never happened to us before.

Also - if you are planning to book Spa Treatments at the Lotus Spa, be prepared to say 'NO' over and over again if you are not interested in buying products after your treatment. I booked 3 treatments at the beginning of the trip and after each "relaxing" treatment, I had to say "No, not interested" many times over and over again because the staff was just not hearing me when I said no to them sell me lotions, oils, brushes, etc. It was very frustrating and I found it took away from any opportunity for a relaxing Spa experience. Still pissed off at having spent all that money for my treatments and being put in the position to say 'no' so many times.
