I like smaller ships and the 5 night shorter cruise fit my plans. I had better luck with alternative shore excursions in Cozumel than the cruise line. Food was not bad, ice cream cones better than expected and very refreshing. Pool bar and staff was fun, room attendance was awesome service, dining with Joseph and Rolly was exceptional. I did not like that there were black out periods for food between lunch and dinner. I did not like one small pool as opposed to two, and there was no solarium which is a neat place to hang out. I did like all of the abundant seating (although all full on cruise day) both pool deck 10 and 11 and all of the great places to view the ocean on indoor decks. the fitness room is adequate and the classes offered really good. It was very relaxing ship. Casino crown was great. From time to time, the sewage smelled on Decks and bathrooms around the ship. The crew around the ship and at coffee place and spa seemed unhappy. Some room attendants looked exhausted. It seems crew members are looking for cash payments in exchange for services at discount. This made me uncomfortable. Overall though, had a blast, made friends, and met great people, with great excursion in Cozumel. For key west I would not do snorkeling.
Room attendance was excellent. Tiny for two and not convenient storage for clothing. The drawers make no sense and are impractical. Solid service
