We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and timing and if anything it surpassed what we had imagined. The trip around the Horn has some absolutely wonderful ports and the scenery and wildlife are magnificent.

I would choose a mid ship cabin for stability as most days were very calm, however, I think there is potential for it to be very rough. We, however, had a lot of sunshine and warmer temperatures than I had anticipated. The previous advice about dressing in layers like Alaska was absolutely correct and be prepared for anything- especially high winds.

The ship has been well maintained and our cabin was comfortable and just about what we expected for this ship.

Cabin Review

Interior

A mid ship inside cabin.Actually a oceanview cabin or balcony would have been nice to see the views on those days when it was cooler.

Port Reviews

Montevideo

This is a very easy city to just wander the old town on your own. A great craft market near the pier too.
