We have just returned from our 10 night eastern caribbean cruise. Our first experience of msc which exceeded our expectations. The kids club team were simply amazing and really looked after and kept our children engaged...they were the stars of our cruise and a true credit to msc...well done to you all!!!! Overall all the staff were friendly and courteous and always greeted us around the ship. The entertainments team were excellent as too were the shows and our chamber maid....food on the whold was good in general. We will definately be back on msc and based on my first experience of msc exceeded our cruises with the likes of celebrity, carnival and princess. We had a group of vegans onboard that whilst pleasant restricted us to not being able to do first dining as they had the whole of the first dining option which meant that we had to use the buffet. We made it to dining on 3 occasions though but having the kids had we been able to have first dining would have used this on every occasion. This did not however have any impact on how much we enjoyed the cruise and the amazing staff!!!
