This was our third cruise with Celebrity and all have been on Solstice class ships. We selected this sailing based on itinerary as we had not visited any of the ports of call before

Embarkation was smooth enough. Porters were happy to take luggage and for those that are new to cruising if you arrive at the terminal with luggage that has been tagged for the cruise, you will save yourself a good chunk of time. Once through the security bottleneck, the Celebrity staff handling check-in were efficient and friendly.

Cruise Director Ian and Activities Manager Charlotte make a great team. Entertainment ranged from good to very good. We saw all but two of the evening shows and were never disappointed. The roaming entertainment acts were generally good - the house bands Cardinals and Sammy Tones and the solo guitarist Linda Capewell were quite good. The DJ never really seemed to hit the right zone with the crowd, even at silent disco when there were 3 channel choices. Could have been better there. Read more
