Love the Norwegian Epic! Very easy to get around even though it is a large ship. Our cabin was always clean and well stocked.Our cabin steward was always accessible and attentive to our needs. The waitstaff was friendly, courteous and professional. They made a point of knowing our names and recognizing us whenever we encountered them. The bartenders were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the entertainment in the Cavern Club, the Epic Beatles show and loved listening to the guitarist, Ben, at the Maltings bar. The hotel management were always walking the ship, talking to people. When chatting with one of the hotel manager, we mentioned it was my husband found out it was my husband's birthday. When we got back to our room we found he had sent a bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries! Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely sail on the Epic in the future!
