So many things wrong!!! When we got in our cabin it was not set up so we did it ourselves and found that the carpet was disgusting under the beds. The very next morning we woke up with flea bites - multiple times to Guest Services only got us a quick "Go to Medical".

We bought the drink package and found that it was a waste of time as there were only a handful of bartenders on the deck at any given time. Most of the time it would take over 30 minutes of standing at the bar to get a drink. No one walking around!

Our shore excursion was awful - billed as the "Great Race" all it had us do is walk around the worst parts of Cozumel - the snorkel part of it didn't bother to offer us a place to change into swimsuits so we didn't get to do anything. Incredible waste of money. Read more
