Chose this cruise for the solo cruising. Had a group of 7 ladies and the individual rooms were nice.

Although several had repair problems, that didn’t get attention. Two SMALL pools for 4000 people?! Too many chairs with towels and no one there for hours. Unlimited drink package was abused by many.....when booking ten months in advance we were encouraged to purchase the insurance. Told we could cancel for any reason. We were leaving from Chicago and our flights were cancelled. When I called NCL and asked what if we can’t make it, can we get a refund? Nope....Now the insurance only offers 50% off your next cruise within a year. They also offer on board credit. They told us that can be used at the end of the week toward gratuities. I was charged the full amount and when I called, now the onboard credit can’t be used for that. It’s a non refundable onboard credit. They replied with a “good will” gesture....They offered an onboard credit on my next cruise. Which I’ll never use, so I’m out $45.
