Speciality dinning is good, staff is superb as usual. However, shore excursions need a lot more work - limited choices and chaotic at times. Entertainment needs improvement as well. The two broadway shows didn’t live up to hype, kind of disappointed.

Adult pool areas - kids and teenagers are allowed???? Didn’t even get a chance to try out the hot tub although there were so many.

When we were on Epic, we learnt to use the IConcierge App to get hold of each other on the ship, book our activities, shows, dinning needs etc. We know exactly what we plan to do from the app. However, on escape, the app is not working as well. You can view what you book and reserved. Even on TV, the planner didn’t work. I have to go get my plans printed to keep track of my reservations. That need to be fixed!
