The ship was not designed to adequately handle that many passengers. There was not enough seating at the bars, pool or other common areas. There were also not enough bar tenders or servers to adequately serve the passengers. Wait times were ridiculous.

The ultimate unlimited beverage package was most definitely not unlimited. Most call liquors, even very common ones, were not included. And who has an unlimited beverage package that does not include bottled water! Also, the specialty dining package gave you access to the special restaurants, but your choices were limited. Again, not something that is standard.
