Service in the restaurants was sometimes very slow and disorganized but overall the food was excellent, the staff helpful and friendly. Disembarking was terrible but not NCL’s fault, blame it on US immigration officials. Our steward was very good and always fast and attentive. Ship could do with updating but it is going into dry dock soon. The cabin was comfortable with adequate storage. Our daughter has serious allergy issues which were a problem at first but was soon taken care of. First day eating in the restaurant was chaos as was the last day but in between it was good except for breakfast which was always challenging, sometimes we had milk, sometimes not. Same with cream, butter and jams. Always told we are working on it. One of the problems was that they had to take on all the food for two weeks from the US and could not pick up anything from the ports.
