Our group chose this cruise because our travel agent suggested it. From the Tampa port where there was mass confusion on the part of the attendants. Four of us with walkers had to wait 20 minutes while the elevator was being fixed. After 20 minutes, I flagged down an official looking person and told him of our plight. He looked over and said the elevator is working and asked who told us it wasn't. I pointed to the attendant who saw me pointing and then she took off. You only get one time to make a good impression and it was lost.

We found our rooms but had to collapse the walkers to get in. Doors not wide enough and not ADA compliant. Announcements could not be heard in the cabins. If you heard the ding before an announcement, you had to go to the door and open it to hear what was being said. Speaking of that, the guy who had most of the announcements had such a strong Australian accent and talked so quickly that it was very hard to understand. I saw many people talking right through his announcements because they could not understand him anyway. Definitely the wrong person to give announcements.

I do have to say that the food was good in the buffet and the attendants were wonderful. Top notch service. We found a small outdoor deck area aft of the buffet.

Cabin Review

Cabin unknown

Doors too narrow. Not ADA compliant. Could not turn off the AC and the rooms were way too cold. Had to ask for extra blankets.
