I have cruised with ccl over 30 times & overall it is a great value for the$$$. The #1 asset has always been & continues to be the friendliness & good service of the help, esp.the room stewards, dining staff & bartenders. I have 2 complaints overall. The 1st is that ccl seems to nickle/dime us to death. Fuel costs are lower now than they were 10 years ago,yet every ccl cruise I take there seems to be something less than prior cruises whether it be quality&quanity of food or entertainment. One example of food is that we now have an orange cocktail in place of orange juice for breakfast on the lido deck.As for entertainment we now have a dj where we used to have a solo performer,&we now have a solo performer where we used to have a duo or trio etc. My 2nd complaint regards compliance of smoking regulations. The casino bar is supposed to be 40%smoking&60%non-smoking.The smokers eexpand the ashtrays &signs thus making the casino bar to be 70%smoking&30% non smoking.Despite my complaint to guest services this practice continued. Smoking regulations are enforced on other ccl ships, why not on this one. Because of this I will not sail on theGlory again.ENFORCE THE RULES or change them.
