We decided on this cruise because we had been on Oasis before and the dates of the cruise would fit our schedule. Previously enjoyed Oasis when it cruised from Port Everglades, now it is out of Port Canaveral.

We agree with previous reviewers that they crew did not seem motivated or happy and were just going through the motions. Possibly need more customer service training. The MTD which you need reservations which we knew about, unless you want to stand in a long line, defeats the purpose of MTD. The servers tried their best but the food was sub par, in fact, Windjammer had better options. Also, Johnny Rockets was a good choice for breakfast. Strange new way to take your order in the dining room now. Just a one page menu, not many choices as in the past, you are immediately asked for your dessert choice when you haven't even finished ordering your entree.

We are Diamond Plus and have access to the Diamond Lounge, the Diamond Concierge was the least efficient and was content to sit at her desk during her hours. On past cruises the Diamond Concierge mingled and socialized with the guests and HELPED out when needed when the staff was overwhelmed, not this person. When we made a simple request, she never was able to manage to help us, thought that was her position. I am guessing she was new or she wasn't trained properly either.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D6

Cabin was spacious and probably could use some newer furnishings, couch was rather shabby. Balcony had space for two chairs and small table.
