Our cruise was February 18 to 25th 2018. Route was the Eastern Caribbean (Princess Cay, St. Thomas, St. Maarten)

Our first impression was that the crew and customer service people were not very helpful. I feel that the tip system is unfair to the passengers and the attendants. Tips are automatically charged to the passenger’s credit card at the end of the cruise. This tells me everyone in a certain work group is given the same tip regardless of the level of service provided. We went to the Customer Service desk and removed the automatic tips so we could tip individually.

We generally encountered too many people competing for too few resources;
