precious cruise was nice. Everything was great. 18 of us were on the Magic in 2016. Before that were were a group of 16 on Royal Caribbean. both cruises were wonderful. this time Carnival failed. Next time going back to royal Caribbean. Don't understand how Carnival can fail on 7 cabins. How many others are disappointed but won't say anything. Carnival handled the sewage problems by saying they were doing routine maintance. apparently they think people are stupid. the dining room staff works really hard, my guess is that more staff are needed. We got our bar drinks after dinner when we were leaving. We waited 20 minutes between appetizers and entree's. The room stewards are wonderful but, why were the maintance issues not noticed? Carnival never even acknowledged or apologized for the sewage issues. A officer personally appologizing would have gone a long way to alleviate some bad feelings.

Interior with Picture Window (obstructed views)
My cabin was fine. Deck 11 had serious plumbing issues. Toilets backing up. Halls wet and smelled like sewage. My daughters handicapped cabin had the bars falling off the walls and the toilet seat was loose. We were in a group who booked 7 cabins. All 15 of us had problems- empty dishes, beer bottles, drink glasses in the plants, on the floors. bathroom doors hinges broken, thermostat broken, refrigerator broken. My husband asked for pickles in the lido deli for my cuban sandwich which had none. the man yelled that he didn't prepare it and walked away. Spa had plugged up shower heads, rust on the doors and on the bottom of the showers. A safety bar fell of inside and elevator. Nest time royal Caribbean!!1
