We were disappointed in the WiFi options on Carnival Cruises. Even Economy Hotels provide WiFi in their business center that allows travelers to check email, check for changes in flights and check in for return airline flights. Carnival should provide free or economical basic service. This should at least be made available on Carnival's computers, or in limited areas in the ship. Music and movie streaming and shopping access are not necessary, This is more important to us than extra pools, water slides, or art exhibits. Since I do not use Facebook, the social media option was not useful. I did enjoy the Carnival phone App for descriptions of activities on the ship.

We were generally pleased with other services on the ship. The Dinner staff accommodated my reaction to wheat gluten, and the person assigned to our room was helpful and friendly. The shows were OK, except for shining strobe lights right in the eyes, It would be nice if the shows were not so similar to each other, just music and dancing, with somewhat different types of music each night.
