it was rated top cruise for past 4 years. strongly disagree

it was our first one with Royal and probably the last. dining room experience was terrible way too long for service the only good thing that the food was FREE, it was not a good quality food and unlike other cruises similar menu almost every day. Our first night our balcony door was broken we couldn't fall asleep till 4AM, there was no sorry to us or any compensation (door was fixed following morning). it is definitely a beautiful ship but I think way understaffed. our kids were looking forward to towel animals but unfortunately only found them 3 times. out sheets were stained with oil or sunscreen almost from day 1 and never changed. no mat to unload your luggage. no complimentary water couldn't hear any announcement from our room. entertainment was excellent ice ring and aqua theatre very unique. seems like there was a lot of stuff that they want yo to pay separate for (I guess someone got to pay for that ship).pictures quality horrible, our first cruise that we didn't take a single picture home.
