I wanted to see Christ the Redeemer for my 75th birthday. Being in Rio for Carnival was certainly a bonus. While we were also in Buenos Aires and Uraguay, this was the focus of our 14 day cruise.
The food was excellent, the passengers were from a variety of countries and the entertainment was good.
Our cabin with a veranda was very nice and located mid-ship.
