Sail Date: Jan 2018
Cabin: Inside Stateroom 11

I cruised Celebrity when they first launched 1989. They had bought another cruise ship. It was squeaky. I do recall an exceptional wine list.

I want to cruise my 6th continent for a 'big birthday' and chose celebrity because of date and price. I flew into Buenos Aires a few days early to hedge my bets. I enjoyed exploring the city on my own and with local tour operators.

Check-in went quickly especially as Costa was checking in as well. My mid-ship, inside cabin was what I would expect. Small and the right size for one person. It is clearly a well-used ship and it takes daily upkeep by staff.

Inside Stateroom 11

Cabin 11

It's small and old. Like Vegas, they don't want you to spend time in the cabin.

Port Reviews

Buenos Aires

I arranged for city tours via a private company.

Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego)

It's a fun little town. I cancelled my pre-paid tour because they had moved the arrival so later.

Montevideo

Bopped around on my own. City was closing up at 1pm for Carnival so I went back to the ship early.
