I signed up for a Holistic cruise Feb 15th 2018. I have been on 12 other cruise lines and figured that this ship could not be that bad if 2000 people were attending this special Holistic cruise. Ha, people really need to speak up.MSC sent us a review survey which would not go the the next page so I was unable to complete it and I gave up. So here is my thought on this cruise line and why I will never sail with them again.
I was unable to complete the survey as it will not go to the next page when you are in the page "which areas have the most impacted positively and negatively on your MSC cruise experience. When I select next it just goes to the top of the page.
As a Canadian I had a lot of difficulty when trying to register, before the cruise departure, for your MSC club and gave up. I believe it's a glitch in the address that prevented me from doing it. I then called and the girl could no help me.
Cabin Review
Balcony Stateroom
Cabin was ok. Kept having to ask for facecloths. I brought many extra hangers and thank God I did as much of my clothing had to be hung up. They only gave you a hand towel, and a bath towel each. The daily journal arrived too late at night. We had a bath in ours but my sister had a small shower with mold in her shower and her drawers were not deep making it hard to put in clothing like t-shirts and shorts.
We kept hearing a banging noise all night long like a window shutter flapping in the wind. It kept us up many nights. Someone told me it was the balcony dividers, I am not sure.
Would not like the same room again.

we were only there till 2 pm. had to go to the clinic with someone who broke her wrist on the ship. spent from 8:30 am to 12:45 at the clinic. It' s not nice there. would not waste my money on a tour.
