The service dropped since my last cruise. I had bad waiters on the first night so I had to change table. They were better but not amazing. No personalized service like we used to have with royal. I was also given false information at the shore excursion desk while booking an excursion and I am still mad about it. There were never any chairs left on the boat to sit back and relax.. To be fair, there were plenty of chairs but they were all reserved with towels on them even tho there was nobody on them. The stateroom sofa had a shady "white stain" on it... We went to see 2 shows and both had technical difficulties (the fine line and grease). I wanted to put lower but the ship itself is so AMAZING i couldn't. I do not think I will be sailing with Royal again. They used to be amazing all around but they are not anymore. The ship is great tho...
