my wife and i booked this cruise and stay as our honeymoon. The staff on the ship were brilliant except for darren tiller the general manager when we spoke to him not even a congratulations from him, the attitude was your paid for the cruise and that was it no customer service to follow.The hotel riu montego bay where we stayed on our second week gave us a bottle of champagne and a nice letter which went a long way ..The cabin was nice but did need paint around window frame and we could have done with toiletries. The elton john singer wouldnt have even got on the x factor, total rubbish .The ship was only doing 16knots to save fuel never mind our cruise going early from ports.

What a nightmare from start to finish cattle market comes to mind ,endless form filling .no TUI REP OR CRUISE STAFF in sight only local jamacians to herd you to the bus.
