We enjoyed our South Asia Immersion cruise on the Millennium very much indeed. Certainly the fabulous weather contributed significantly to this. A really good captain and crew plus entertainment from two very talented house bands were other important factors. We thought the food in the Oceanview was better than last year but this may be that I had learned to better navigate the serving stations (still massively prefer the layout of the buffet in the Solstice ships). We were not overly impressed by the production team but some of the other shows were enjoyable. Once again we were lucky enough to share a dinner table with delightful guests from both North America and Europe. Selection of food in the MDR varied from superb to distinctly average but we always found something decent on the menu even if on a number of occasions we had to revert to the classic choices. All in all a very pleasurable cruise.
A bit smaller than last year (Concierge) but more than adequate. Well located for all amenities. Very quiet apart from one evening when our French neighbours (group of six) decided to have a party into the wee small hours.
Easy to do on your own - walking and using the MRT (subway).
