Too many customers and not enough crew. Had a balcony room which was very small, bad sewer odor in hallways, very slow bar service, food fair, ship is very modern but has a very cold feeling. Have been on many cruises and this one is by far the worst. Will not return. Did not go to one of the ports we signed up for. This is not a good cruise for Americans as most of the crew as well as most of the passengers on board did not speak English. Thought every place on the ship was much too bright with little atmosphere. Too many passengers for the amount of elevators. The ship seems very unsteady for a ship of this size. This is a new boat and still has a lot of maintenance problems. On the final day of the cruise the pool on the 16 floor was closed for maintenance.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Room very narrow, hard to access closet, no electric plugs near bed, nice balcony and bathroom except for a very small shower.

Port Reviews

St. John (U.S.V.I.)

The port of ok, but nothing special that stands out. Prices very expensive.
