Sail Date: Jan 2018

Weeks before sailing, Viking kept us informed of any changes to the cruise due to the hurricanes in late 2017. The embarkation went smoothly. The ship was new and carried fewer passengers compared to the other cruise lines, which was a plus as far as we were concerned.

The cruise visited a different port each day. The port talks provided useful information on each port and its history. The shore tours were well run and the guides knowledgeable.

The stateroom was state-of-the-art. We have cruised many times and I can safely say that the food was the best of any cruise line. In particular, the restaurant staff was well aware of any food allergies and guided us in our choices. The overall service was exceptional.
