Had many problems that customer relations did not correct. One was they had changed our classic drink package to include much less with no notification. We didn't find out until we ordered drinks and were told there would be an up charge on previously included drinks. There was a bit of an argument before we went to customer relations where it took over half an hour to find out they had changed it not once, but twice.

Although dining in Opus was fine with good service, there are way too many "specialty" restaurants and not enough other places to get a quick snack. Some times of day there is no decent food to be found.

Entertainment was excellent, but always crowded. Had to get there about half an hour early to get a good seat. They do have a good handicapped seating row in the back, and a few in the front of the theater. Read more
