Had many problems that customer relations did not correct. One was they had changed our classic drink package to include much less with no notification. We didn't find out until we ordered drinks and were told there would be an up charge on previously included drinks. There was a bit of an argument before we went to customer relations where it took over half an hour to find out they had changed it not once, but twice.
Although dining in Opus was fine with good service, there are way too many "specialty" restaurants and not enough other places to get a quick snack. Some times of day there is no decent food to be found.
Entertainment was excellent, but always crowded. Had to get there about half an hour early to get a good seat. They do have a good handicapped seating row in the back, and a few in the front of the theater.
Celebrity has taken storage and floor space away in the cabin on Relfection. The space between the bed and the balcony door is so small and uncomfortable to walk through. Never experienced this on any cruise before. Also, for the first time my partner and I could not find enough room for our clothing. The closet doors do not allow full access and there are not enough drawers. There is a huge space between the halls outside the cabins with a complete stairway system to be used by staff and hidden from passengers. I imagine this is where the extra space was used. When we asked our room steward about it he lied and said there was nothing there. I caught a peek one day as a crew member was coming out one of the doors. Only decent size space is the bathroom and shower area.
Loved the parades, the friendly locals, fun atmosphere and wonderful architecture.
We went on our own to Discovery semi sub which was good. A short walk from the pier.
