Sail Date: Feb 2018
Cabin: Inside

We choose this cruise because we had family flying in from SFO that wanted to go to a few parades before we sailed away on Feb 11. We had a group of 30. Almost all of us booked inside cabins. We all had the drink package and tips included in our cruise fare. We all had a great time. Boarding from NOLA was not a problem on the Sunday morning. We did arrive early to avoid some of the parade traffic. The ship was always clean. The food in the buffet area was presented well and was tasty. The main dining room had choices for all.

My family really enjoyed the pub. Open 24 hours and always found seating. The bartenders at the Martini bar were really nice. The pool deck bartenders were not as nice (especially in the aft bar). We always got a drink and requested top shelf and had no problem.

The entertainment was cruise ship quality - not bad - not fantastic.

Cabin Review

Inside

Cabin IF

The cabin was a normal inside cabin. This was our first cruise that we had a room steward that did not introduce himself. Very odd!!- Other than that our room was always clean and taken care of. I felt the location was convienient.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

The grounds at Harvest Caye are beautiful. I don't like this sort of port stop. The food is expensive, you have to buy water and food - which is very over priced. $4 for water, $10 coconut with rum and $12 for a burger!!

I think this is very high for an island in Belize!! - We did not take an excursion since we would have to take a water taxi and then pay for an excursion. I felt a little trapped here....
