The two weeks we were gone the weather at home (Maine) was the coldest two weeks in a decade. Our thermometer bottomed out at 25 below.
Itinerary was what we expected, except Key West was not included because of the holiday and the weather was not cooperating so we could not stop at Georgetown. The result was too many days at sea. Also had more rain than sun. The food was fantastic. The speakers were informative and professional. The spa was useful, although access should have been more clearly communicated. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. We booked two more trips with Viking.
food: Menus were creative and very well prepared. You never felt stuffed but never left the table hungry. The "Chef's Table" experience was like going to a five star restaurant. The morning and noon meals provided many options in terms of settings and menus.
