The Crew were amazing. Attentive, personable, friendly and they even remembered your drink order night to night. We just loved all of them. The cabin rooms are small, but you really aren't in there more than sleeping. The cabin staff kept toiletries and linens clean and refreshed. Turned down the beds and when asked provided anything extra. The food was so delicious and the portion sizes were very plentiful. The variety of food to choose from make it special. We mostly went on the free excursions but did take 2 alternate excursions. We didn't feel like were worth the money. My only suggestion would be if you are a drinker and buy the upgraded package for wines and liquors, you need to ASK for the upgraded wines. They don't provide it for you without asking. Other than that we had a great time and are planning on another trip. It was really so much fun!! We arrived early in Basel and explored for 2 days before embarking and after the cruise we stayed in Amsterdam for 2 days. Well worth taking the extra time.
