My first cruise with Royal Caribbean was nothing but a disappointment from start to finish.

First off, my original booking with with a different ship. I noticed three days after I booked that the final docking point was not where I was leaving from. So, I needed to change the cruise. When I called just to change ships they would not refund me the initial deposit.

Second: They changed the itinerary with no explanation.

Cabin Review

Cabin Junior Suite

My only complaint about the cabinet is where the television in located. I hit my head on the television because it is mounted to far from the wall and right where the balcony door open.

Port Reviews

Key West

Just took the trolley around Key West.

Nassau

I booked to go to Balmoral Island, just for the pool and beach experience, which included chairs with umbrella. However this is the excursion where our time was changed from 10:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and we were never notified. So, they offered us the Peal Island beach experience. Which we did take. There was a beautiful beach and lunch. No pool and no beach umbrellas. They did have some sort of coverage over a large area of chairs which were not by the beach. The cost was more and they tried to charge us the additional amount.
