Being from Canada, we had always sailed with Royal, out of Florida or San Juan, but this year we wanted to try something new, lets try Gavestone. We booked a shuttle at $100, but thanks to Air Canada, we missed all the shuttles and had to taxi it to our ship ($160).

Them Embarking, was smooth enough once inside the port, the outside was a big mess and we were stuck in traffic for a while, but we were going on vacation, so we were glad to be out of the cold. For the first two days, the weather was crap, clouds and cold temps, we did our best to try to enjoy the ship, even jumping in the pool and hot tub with folks from Alberta and B.C.

On our third day we were in Roatan, our excursion was snorkelling with the lobsters and our guide was Darryl (sp?). He was the right person at the right time for our tour. I'd recommend him and the tour to anyone.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin K

Cabin was small, but enough for a family of 3. The overhead bunk helped maximize the small space.
