I read some terrible reviews and ignored them. That was a big mistake. This company is bordering on a criminal organisation A complete rip off. They lie about everYthing and try to extract every penny from you. THEY EVEN CHARGE FOR THE USE OF A TABLE TENNIS BALL!

They cut corners everywhere and have missed out several tires of management resulting in on deck chaos. No customer care and no concern. Very average food and entertainment and they try to charge for everything including water. We bought a bottle of water and were charged 9 Euros.

There is no shop on board so you can't buy basic medicines sunh as headache tablets or indigestion tablets. You have to go to the on board doctor and are charged 64 Euros for the visit! Read more
