My wife and I wanted to visit South America and this cruise matched up well. This is our fourth cruise on Silversea and we'd rate it as our best. We ate at La Terraza, Indochine, Atlantides, and the Grill and found all of them to be superb in both quality and service. Our room was very comfortable and our butler provided service that was above and beyond excellent. The attention to detail from the entire staff was outstanding. The Silver Muse is a new ship and we'd rate it as the best we've been on with Silversea. Entertainment was good and a special compliment goes to the fitness director. I took her classes in Pilates, Yoga, and Abs and she did a terrific job with all three. Shore excursions were enjoyable with knowledgeable guides. Only complaints involve other agencies used by Silversea. Travel Document Services, the suggested vendor for our Brazilian visas did a horrible job. Despite having our passports a full 6 months before the cruise, they only got our visas back to us the week before we left. This was after many unanswered phone calls and e-mails. Also, checkout at the Park Tower Hotel in Buenos Aires was a mess. Long lines with only a few people at the desks when everyone was checking out to head to the Muse made for a less than pleasurable experience, although the hotel itself was fine. Silversea is expensive but worth it. We'll be on another Silversea cruise in the future.
Cabin was very comfortable with great amenities. Service from the butler and suite attendant were above and beyond excellent.
