We have been on five cruises and have always enjoyed all of them. The Carnival cruises have been a favorite so we booked the Dream cruise as a celebration of our son's graduation from college.

We booked two cabins on the 9th deck of the ship with balconies, unfortunately we did not realize we were directly under the pizza bar(which serves 24hrs). The noise from sliding chairs and tables was non-stop for seven days and nights. Then at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning when all of the bars and the disco closed, every drunk arrived at the pizza bar trying to sober-up or continue dancing the night away. We never were able to sleep. Do not book rooms 9350 and 9346. We complained after the third night and Carnival guest services said they would attempted to relocate us, but the ship was full so nothing was available. Tough luck. "Would you like earplugs?"

Having said this, the rest of the cruise was fine. The service and food was commendable. There were lines on the lido deck at the buffet, but the pasta and Indian bar were rarely crowded.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8E

Cabins 9350 & 9346, typical cruise cabins, very comfortable bedding, good mid-ship location, VERY NOISY due to 24-hr Pizzeria directly overhead, chairs scraping constantly, avoid at all costs.
