First time on Princess but this was our 5th cruise over all in 5 years. food was good we were set up for the dinning room but did not like the table the gave us so we switched to the any time dinning and the Staff was great and you could change your table every day. Rooms were very clean and common areas were clean. Shore Excursions were well planed except you got up early to sit in the theater waiting to go for 1 hour before leaving the ship, we spent time in the casino and the casino host was great she and all the staff in the casino are the best they were very nice and helpful and made sure you were take care of.

My only complaint would be that we had a tour at the end of our cruise and they were taking our bags to the airport from the Ship at the end of the cruise we had 6 bags 4 where there and we waited over an hour for the other 2 bags and we were not the only one's that had this happen, we had to rush and made it to the gate as they we getting ready to load.
