I chose this ship because of the itinerary to Aruba, Bonaire and Turks and Caicos. It has 5 days at sea which is what I enjoy. Service was great. Food was good. Choices in the dinning room left a lot to be desired. Had to choose the flat iron steak a few times because other choices were not good and I’m not a picky eater. In fact if it’s not Lima Beans, I’ll eat it. We had 4 emergencies during our cruise which were handled very professionally. Two shows were great. The rest of the entertainment wasn’t my taste so we spent the time in the casino. The casino staff was exceptional. The pit bosses, except for one, were fun to be around. The one didn’t crack a smile or say a kind word the 8 days on board. But all the others were exceptionally nice. I understand that the Sunshine will be based in Charleston next year and I would be happy to book it if the TV channels are brought up to par.
