Having cruised several times here is our review:

1. Very Nice Ship

2. Concierge gets you nothing, well... other than check in onto the ship, we never saw any benefits of this classification. In fact, getting off onto the tender in Grand Cayman was a total cluster of confusion. Its all about money to them. Thats it! They crammed 6 ships into the small port for that day and as a concierge class we were forced into a cattle line like sheep and then crammed onto a small tender. Then crammed into the port with 6 ships. Thats around 20,000 people trying to find their tour that they paid for. After waiting some more the sail and snorkel tour that we booked with Red Sail Sports through celebrity was very deceiving. The impression you got was they would take you on a catamaran, sail down 7 mile beach and do some snorkeling. Well thats NOT what happened. They made us wait in the 20k crowed, herded us into a tour bus and drove us down the road, to the beached boat. Then proceeded to give us a 15 minute "presidential" type speech, where they took us to 2 snorkel spots just off of the beach. Then they raised the sail for maybe 10 minutes and took us back to the beach where we were loaded back onto the bus and then the journey back to the crowded tender. This was pretty much a wasted time at Grand Cayman. We have flown and stayed on the island numerous times and we could have just skipped this tour. You can just swim to the snorkel spots from shore! The catamaran offered no drinks unless you paid $6 per drink. No music. Just organized structure! Just what we all want on vacation! More structure! No drinks, no music. We spent more time waiting and being herded like touring cattle then we did in the water or relaxing. RED SAIL SPORTS was the tour operator and the girl who herded as was not too friendly either. It was almost like they treated us as if they were doing us a favor. We booked the tour through Celebrity.

Needs updated, but was clean.

Not sure of Concierge Class, so I choose C!. Does not list on Ship Card cabin category.
