The boarding process was the best ever for this cruise, very quick and no line ups. We were very happy with the cabin, bed was comfortable and our room attendant was amazing. We were disappointed with the Windjammer cafe in that there menu was nothing special. We do not like to go to dining room to eat and feel that the items offered in dining room should also be available in the Windjammer.eg lobster, shrimp, steak specialties. Both food and service was not as good as on Holland America cruises we have taken. Seating was not sufficient in the Centrum or cinema and entertainment was okay but nothing special.Trivia games were fun. The itinerary was great with great ports of call. Three of four of us who were travelling with contracted influenza 'A' on board and spent the last two days in quarantine in our rooms. Apparently there were quite a few on the ship who were sick including crew members, you don't hear anything about it until you end up in the expensive medical facility. The cruise crew really did their best to get people to sanitize their hands when entering the Windjammer but I feel there are still germs on the utensils used to self serve food items. It would be better if crew members served all of the at the buffet.Drinks are expensive, internet also. Overall, not our best cruise.
