We chose this cruise with the understanding that we would spend two days in the Bahamas - afterall this was advertised as a Bahama Cruise. Just before beginning the cruise the itinerary was changed to two days in Miami and 9.5 hours in Nassau, no visit to the private island of Cococay under the pretense of needing to attend to the rudder. When contacting Guest Relations and the CEO both were somewhat apologetic - bottom line we can change the itinerary anytime we want, have a nice day. This ship will be 22 years old in a couple of weeks. If there was truly a "rudder" problem I would think that getting underway would be an issue. I must admit that the staff onboard were very attentive and paid very close attention to our needs. The ship at times seem to undergo routine painting and cleaning. On the uppermost desk several railings were removed for refurbishment - in place of the wooden railing was a frail nylon line with a paper notice attached warning of its removal. Dining was very good. Onboard activities were available from trivia to dance routines.

Cabin Review

Cabin 7115
Cabin was average for a "large interior stateroom".
