I have been on 35 cruises starting in the late 1970"s. I have been on a lot of ships and this one twice. The first time 3 years ago. It was the cruise from HELL. None of the staff spoke English for one. food was at Carnival level Garbage and the service- we never got any. Now I was told and read many things had changed on this ship over the last 3 years. This is the biggist line of bull. This time I traveled with 50 people, all have 15-25 cruises each. Their review--NEVER AGAIN.The service is so bad. My room was not made up for the first time until after 4 PM everyday. Don't ask for ice in your room-you'll never get it. Dinner, another joke. We had a table for 8, saw the waiter every 15 minutes. He brings the water and bread then he's gone for 15 minutes who knows where. Then he comes back and takes your order, then he's gone for 15 minutes-who knows where. You sit there waiting and waiting for your food. Then when it come there's enough for half of you.The Entertainment was some of the same shows 3 years ago, but they were better then than now. Same people on stage for all the shows. You want to meet people on the ship? forget it. Out of 4300 people on board I think 200 were Americans. So now you learn how to talk to yourself. Do yourself a favor take Royal Caribbean, Celebrity or Princes lines. I give this ship and line a 1/2, only because the ship floats.
