The cruise amount was within our budget. It was also a gift from our children as it was my 50th Birthday celebration. The food was excellent and we enjoyed all the restuarants and meal areas. We compliment our waiter Agungh from Indonesia/Malaysia he was awesome...friendly and helpful and has a good sense of humour. The shows and entertainment were excellent. I was very disappointed that we did not reach the Pomene Islands. We also heard from numerous people on board that this happened to them for about three times now. So it sounded like a pattern the Sinfonia is following by advertising going to the Pomene Islands but never reaching it. The twenty dollars refund was embarrassing and way too little for a compensation and the fact that you could only spend it on the cruise. I will not be doing another cruise in future and if our friends and family ask us how the cruise was we do share our disappointment with them
