We go often with a group of friends (18) yearly. Two os us travel on other lines when it’s just the to of us. We know what to expect from Carnival but can’t begin to describe our complete disappointment. On arrival the ship was very dirty, even the deck bathrooms.

Our steward and the Master of Ceremonies were a nice breath of fresh air. The food was fair at best. (meat in lasagna was not cooked, veal not edible, etc. i opted for vegetarian many evenings, my husband said the prime rib was very good. I suggest brunch in the dining room when at sea. The entertainment was exactly the same as last year, awful, if your throwing in. As many numbers as you can- stop, slow down and get quality singers. And let them sing. There was one excellent female singer, The frantic dancing gets old. Most of our group walked out of the country show, truly terrible, The string quartet in the lobby is the best entertainment on board. We enjoyed our group so did have a nice time, but sad that this was nothing like the Dream, which we usually take.

I hope someone from Carnival reads this review, I sent a very detailed letter with three incidents I am not posting here that should NEVER happen on a 7 day cruise. I wrote twice and have had no written response or recognition it was read. Truly can’t kmagine this happening on any other cruise line we frequent.
